Refund Policy — No Headaches

We want you to love what you bought. But if it doesn‘t work out — wrong size, didn’t like the color, or your kid decided they hate sleeves — we‘ve got a simple return policy.

You have 30 days
From the day your package arrives. Just make sure items are:

✔ Unworn
✔ Unwashed
✔ With original tags attached
✔ Free of smells (perfume, smoke, pet hair)

What CAN’T be returned

  • Underwear or swimwear (hygiene, you know)

  • Final sale items (clearly marked)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom/personalized pieces

How to return

  1. Email us at [hkyuiji@outlook.com] with your order number and what you‘re sending back.

  2. We’ll send you a return label (if it‘s our fault) or instructions for shipping on your own (if you changed your mind).

  3. Drop it in the mail.

  4. Once we get it, we’ll refund you within 5–10 business days.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Our mistake (wrong item, damaged, defect) → we pay. Just send us a photo.

  • You changed your mind (size, style, “my kid doesn’t like dinosaurs anymore”) → you pay.

Exchanges
We don‘t do direct exchanges, because it’s slower. Instead, return the original for a refund and place a new order. You‘ll get the new size faster that way.

Damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Where‘s my refund?
We’ll email you when we approve it. Banks can take a few extra days to show it in your account — that‘s on them, not us.
